A broken corrugated downspout drain was letting water into the crawl space, so every downspout drain was replaced with hard pipe.

Water in the Crawl Space
A clogged, broken corrugated downspout drain was sending water into the customer’s crawl space.
OUR APPROACH
Hard Pipe, Then a Smooth Yard
Every downspout drain was replaced with green PVC hard pipe, with trenches across the front yard and wyes joining the lines. Asked why green PVC instead of white, Jamey said: heavier duty, but also cheaper. Once the pipe was in, the yard was raked and graded smooth.
